Customer Comment: Great halfday trip,with me and my pops, learn some great techniques about lures from Kelly! I have brand new appreciation for them now. It was a great experience catching fish and learning about them and the dynamics on how the fish respond and react to certain movements in reel,and having it work! It was a great day of fishing with my dad, he had a blast as well.

Customer Comment: Kelly took my two young grandsons and me fishing for a half day on San Diego bay. The boys are young (almost 5, and 3 1/2) but are already experienced fisherman. We had a great time. Caught and released at least 15 fish, including 7 different species - all on artificial baits. Kelly helped get some of them hooked up, but the kids both cast and hooked their own fish too. Kelly kept us moving and catching fish all morning. Highly recommended.

Customer Comment: Kelly took me on a wonderful night time excursion after the Shortfin Corvina on topwater baits. Zara Spooks in Mission Bay. Had a massive explosion on the Spook in very shallow water in front of us greater than any of my many others from Largemouth Bass. Missed the fish. Kelly directed me to a spot where a fish came up and ate my Zara spook. Got my first Corvina!! Thanks Kelly!

Customer Comment: I had originally planned a business trip back to San Diego for January. Made a trip in March. Contacted Kelly and he assured me some great fishing. I had a little more free time between engagements. I told Kelly my schedule and let him know I wanted to get on some fresh and saltwater fish.
We hit up the fresh water on two separate occasions. We fished a local lake and I had a limit of Rainbow Trout in two hours.
The next day we fished the San Diego river. That was incredible! Who would have thought in the middle of the city such a wonderful bass fishery was available.
For saltwater we toured San Diego bay from shore. Walked the dog for Corvina and Barracuda. It was so fun having them explode on that spook. Nothing like the topwater action! Not to mention the spotted bay bass and we even got some nice sand bass too. For all this fishing I spent less than expected and had a great time. I wish there was fishing that good here in Austin from shore. As I said last time, if your short on time and want to catch fish in San Diego contact Kelly.
P.S. almost forgot, all my buddies are jealous of my On Call Adventures hat. Thanks again Kelly!

Customer Comment: Visited San Diego over Fathers Day Weekend. Didn't want to leave the family for too long, so the shore fishing was perfect. Got up early and got right into it. Caught three nice bass but a little more skill on my part and I easily would have pulled in a dozen or so. He put me right where the fish was and gave me what they wanted to eat. Exactly what I looking for. I was looking for someone who knew how and where to fish the area and that is exactly what I got. Would be interested in going out on the bay in his boat next visit if time permitted. I highly recommend fishing with Kelly, very reasonable rates and down to earth guy who was fun to fish with.

I flew to San Diego for a business trip. I was very limited on time. I had heard that there was great fishing in San Diego but I didn't have time to take a charter boat trip due to my work schedule. I was looking online and found On Call Adventures. When I contacted Kelly he met me at the Marriot and supplied me with everything I needed. I caught a really nice spotted bay bass 15 minutes after shaking his hand. I was really impressed. It was a mixed bag day. Species included spotted bass, sand bass, guitar fish, a really nice corvina (on a top water spook), but the best was a bone fish. I had heard that San Diego had bone fish but they were tuff to find. I asked Kelly if he knew about where to find them and he promised me we would get some. Mission accomplished!!! If you want some great shore fishing with a guide that knows his stuff. Give Kelly a call. I have another trip planned with him when I go back to San Diego in January.

Kelly is by far one of the best guides I have ever known, he gives 110% no matter what the occasion. I would highly recommend using him and I will do so again in August!!

Customer Comment: I was in San Diego for a few days to visit my parents. While there I met up with Kelly and he took me to a few places down in the Bay. I had a great time and caught some nice fish. Topwater action was awsome!! Next time I am down that way I will be fishing with Kelly again. Thanks for a fun trip.
